Academic Suspension - Petition Deadline

Petition to Take More than 5 Credits

Students on academic suspension who wish to take more than 5 credits need to complete the attached petition by the set of deadlines listed on the petition form and included in the campus calendar in order to ensure review prior the start of each quarter. Petitions turned in after the final deadline for each quarter will not be reviewed prior to the start of the next quarter. Petitions may be turned in to the Front Desk of Advising and Career Services, LDC 116, or emailed to Notification of approval or denial of your petition will be sent to your student email account by the notification deadline listed on the back of the petition form.

To check your academic status, check your student email for notification of changes or log in to Starfish. If you are on Academic Warning, Probation, or Suspension, this status is visible as a raised flag on your Dashboard.
