Home MenuDiploma Information
Whatcom Community College issues one diploma upon completion of a degree or certificate requirements. Diplomas are not legal documents and are not official proof of earning a degree or certificate from WCC. For official proof of your degree/certificate order your official transcript.
The preferred name of the student is printed on the diploma by default. For any other name on the diploma please add a degree name in your ctcLink profile. Names are printed as entered on your profile (with or with our capitals).
Diplomas are printed and mailed after the first Board of Trustees (BoT) meeting following the completion of the graduation process each term. They are mailed to the address on file in ctcLink. It is a good idea to maintain a current mailing address at all times to assure you receive important information from WCC. For help updating your contact information, you can email registration@whatcom.edu or records@whatcom.edu.
At this time, replacement diplomas are mailed with in the United States at no cost. Use the "Diploma Reprint Form" below to order a replacement diploma. Replacement request will be processed at the end of the current term with our regular diploma order.
For international mailing of replacement diplomas, WCC requires a prepaid mailing label with a full address and phone number on the reprint order form. Contact our office at graduation@whatcom.edu to coordinate this mailing.
