Associated Students of Whatcom Community College 2020 Outstanding Student Service Award Nomination

The Outstanding Student Service Award recognizes one graduating student and one returning student who contribute substantially to Whatcom Community College. All WCC students attending during the 2019-20 academic year that are have demonstrated academic excellence and are good standing are eligible for nomination. Nominations are open for any WCC faculty or staff member. These awards are sponsored by the ASWCC and the selection is made by a committee representing WCC administration, faculty, and staff.

Outstanding Student Service Award Criteria:

  • Demonstrates leadership and service which highlights character, collaboration, and citizenship
  • Contributes significantly to fellow students, campus, and/or local community
  • Demonstrates dedication and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
