Davidson, Karina

Karina Davidson has been active in the culinary arts as a caterer, pastry chef, restaurant manager and cooking instructor for over 30 years. Her fascination with the world of food began with a childhood spent in Italy. In recent years, she's adopted France as her home away from home, visiting as often as possible and always coming back with new recipes.
