Whatcom Community College is a great place to complete the first two years of your four-year college or university bachelor’s degree. Not only will you save money, you will also receive a high-quality education with significantly smaller class sizes than most universities.

Associate Transfer Degrees

Whatcom Community College offers Associate transfer degrees in a wide range of subject areas.

Universities in Washington state guarantee that students who graduate with a transfer degree from WCC will receive 90 transfer credits, the equivalent of two full years of study.

Additionally, WCC’s transfer degrees fulfill all or most of the general education requirements at Washington universities. This means that after you transfer to a university, you’ll be able to focus solely on those advanced classes required for your specific major.
