What is Navigate360? 

Navigate360 is a mobile application/website that gets you from orientation to graduation. The app helps you choose the right major, navigate requirements for your academic journey at WCC, and stay on top of important dates and deadlines all in the palm of your hand.

• Appointment Scheduling: Book appointments with college staff.
• To-Dos & Events: View and manage your tasks and events.
• Class Schedule: Sync your class schedule with your phone calendar.
• Resources: Find contact information for campus resources.
• Study Buddies: Create study groups with fellow students.
• My Docs: Access appointment summaries, progress reports, and notes.
• Holds: Check and learn how to resolve any holds on your account.
• Surveys: Share feedback about your college experience.
• Notifications: Configure email, text, and push notifications.
• Hand Raise: Let us know that you are looking for more information or need additional assistance by “raising your hand”.

Multi-Factor Authentication: Required Fall Term 2026

A Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is an extra layer of security that helps protect your personal information and college resources by requiring a second form of verification when signing in. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access to your account. The dashboard of the program also works as a launch point to applications reducing your logins and will work as a secure credential manager storing your usernames and passwords. 

What to Expect 

Beginning Summer Term: MFA will be available and optional for all students. We strongly encourage you to set it up early, you can get started by going to your student dashboard.

Beginning Fall Term: MFA will become mandatory for all student accounts.
