For the Graduate:

Graduates with mobility issues and other ADA needs should contact the ADS office at ADS@whatcom.edu or (360) 383-3139. Please contact us early so we have time to meet your needs. 

Due to space and safety considerations, graduates are not allowed to bring bags of any kind into the Pavilion. 

We want your belonging to be safe. It is best practice to leave all bags at home or in your car. Or consider leaving your personal items with your family or friends.

WCC campus Safety and Security Team will have a Check Bag Room for purses, backpacks and other small personal bag. 

Schedule:

Check-in starts at 5:00 pm

Line-up is at 6:10 pm

Ceremony starts at 6:30 pm

For Family and Friends:

The Pavilion guest seating area opens at 5:15pm. All guests in the Pavilion need to have tickets. There are alternative viewing areas in the Heiner Building Theater, and in Syre Center (family friendly).  

For accessible seating see an usher. All seating is on a first come basis. There are ushers to assist with finding open seats.

As a courtesy to others, we ask that you do not bring the following items:

• Balloons
• Signs 
• Air horns
• Dogs

 You will be asked to return these items to your car.
