Academic Dishonesty letter of responsibility

• This template developed with the help of our counterparts at University of Washington and aligning our practices with other institutions. This is what will be sent to an instructor after an academic dishonesty investigation has reached its conclusion. A student’s conduct record is confidential but due to the instructor having a legitimate educational interest, how to accurately grade the student based on findings of academic misconduct, they will be afforded the ability to know whether a student was found responsible for said academic misconduct.
