Financial Aid & ctcLink

Your financial aid details are available in ctcLink!

Access information about upcoming awards, outstanding requirements, and your satisfactory academic progress (SAP) status in the Financial Aid section of your ctcLink account. If there are any outstanding requirements, you'll receive an email notification, and a "To Do" list will be posted in your ctcLink account. Please ensure all requirements are completed to receive your award.

Quarterly Adjustment Form

Once your class schedule is set and you do not plan to add or drop credits, you may submit this form if your enrollment is below 12 credits or you're increasing to 12 or more. DO NOT submit unless you have already received a Financial Aid Offer Letter from the WCC Financial Aid Office and can see your awards in your ctcLink account (otherwise there is no aid to be adjusted). Processing may take up to two weeks, and changes to your schedule near the start of the quarter may delay your aid.
