The Whatcom Community College Foundation

WCC Foundation awards more than $300,000 to Whatcom students each year thanks to contributions from the community. Students can apply for All WCC Foundation scholarships and the SEECRS program through a single application.

Finish Line Fund
Financial assistance to any students who are in their last quarter before graduation and unable to pay for part or all of their tuition.
• Need to be in a degree or certificate program of 45 credits or more
• Can pay for one class or up to 5 credits

Matched Education Savings Account (MESA)

Industrial Credit Union is offering a special savings program that can help
students earn an additional $1500 for educational expenses. MESA participants
who fulfill the program requirement will receive $3 in matching funds for every $1
they save as part of the program. For more information visit NWMESA.coop or

C3P: Scholarship for Service
For eligible students pursing an associate degree in computer information systems or cybersecurity. Deadline: March 1, 2020 for best consideration.
Award: Full tuition and academic fees for up to two years; $25,000 annual stipend; $2,000 annual textbook allowance; annual health insurance and professional development allowances; paid summer internship at a local/state/federal agency between the scholar’s first and second year in the program.
