Important Update

Due to a COVID related health concern we had to close our physical offices for over a week. This has impacted our ability to mail official transcripts. We are currently three weeks behind in processing. We are working diligently to complete transcript requests as quickly as possible and to stay consistent in our communication. Unofficial Transcripts

WCC does not fax or email official or unofficial transcripts. You can access unofficial transcripts through View Unofficial Transcript or under the Registration tab in MyWCC. Your Student PIN is your birthday in MMDDYY format. 

Ordering online

Your official WCC transcript can be ordered 24 hours a day through the National Student Clearinghouse. This service guarantees processing within 3-5 business days and provides you with email updates as orders are received and processed by the Registration & Admissions Office. 

Fees: $5.25 per transcript. $2.75 for each additional transcript sent to the same location. 

Electronic Transfer

Transcripts are sent electronically when ordered to be mailed to Washington community or technical colleges, Western Washington University, University of Washington, Washington State University, Central Washington University or Eastern Washington University. This guarantees direct delivery within 3 business days and is each college’s preferred method for receipt of transcripts.
